FIVE EASY STEPS FOR MAKING THE BOOKING

1. You have to fill-in the application form noting how many people are going to accommodate and the exactly booking dates. If you want, you can also tell us if you travel with some company’s animal (pets). We´ll contact to you by E-mail, so you have to write very clear the E-mail address.
2. We’ll reply to you as soon as possible by E-mail address and we’ll indicate you if we have availability for the dates and number of persons you need.
3. If you want booking «OS RONCAIRO HOUSE», you only have to answer our E-mail. You’ll have about 15 days from that moment in order to pay a 30% advanced payment of the total amount and 200 € as deposit. We’ll give us the account number.
4. We’ll confirm the advance payment’s income and the deposit and at that moment «OS RONCAIRO HOUSE» is for you reserved. We’ll wait for you in Canduas in that date.
5. The 70% total price of the stay will be paid just at the arrival and the handing over of the keys.

The last day we’ll return you the deposit (200 €) if you meet the general conditions. This deposit will not be returned if the rental conditions are not met (Point 6 of «Os Roncairo House» General Conditions).
